EPISODE 6⃣- THE SIXTH FOUNDATION
They believe that the final situation of the servants is unknown. They assert that whoever died upon Islam from the believers and the Pious people in general, then they are from the people of Paradise, if Allāh (ﷻ) wills, and the disbelievers and the hypocrites are from the people of the Fire. They do not make a definite declaration for anyone in particular, whoever he may be, that he will go to Paradise or Fire, except for whomever the Messenger of Allāh (ﷺ) made such declaration. However, they believe that no one is obligated to have Paradise, even if his deeds were good, except that Allāh (ﷻ) favours him with it and guarantees it for him by His grace and bounty.
They testify that every creation has its appointed time and a soul does not die except by the permission of Allāh (ﷻ), and that is prescribed and predetermined. They testify that the ten who were given the glad tidings of Paradise will definitely be in Paradise, as the Prophet (ﷺ) testified for them. Everyone whom the Prophet (ﷺ) testified for him that he will be in Paradise, then they (Ahlus Sunnah) also affirm that.

THE SEVENTH FOUNDATION

They believe in the Karamaat (extraordinary feats) of the Awliya (righteous believers). These are things that Allāh (ﷻ) causes to occur at the hands of some of them of supernatural occurrence as a way of honouring them. This is proven in the Qur’ān and the Sunnah. This is opposed to some of the sects who reject the Karamaat. However, the Salaf have legislative principles concerning belief in Karamaat.
An example is the people of the Cave
أَمْ حَسِبْتَ أَنَّ أَصْحَٰبَ ٱلْكَهْفِ وَٱلرَّقِيمِ كَانُوا۟ مِنْ ءَايَٰتِنَا عَجَبً▪️ إِذْ أَوَى ٱلْفِتْيَةُ إِلَى ٱلْكَهْفِ فَقَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًا▪️ فَضَرَبْنَا عَلَىٰٓ ءَاذَانِهِمْ فِى ٱلْكَهْفِ سِنِينَ عَدَدًا▪️ ثُمَّ بَعَثْنَٰهُمْ لِنَعْلَمَ أَىُّ ٱلْحِزْبَيْنِ أَحْصَىٰ لِمَا لَبِثُوٓا۟ أَمَدًا▪️ نَّحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ نَبَأَهُم بِٱلْحَقِّۚ إِنَّهُمْ فِتْيَةٌ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِرَبِّهِمْ وَزِدْنَٰهُمْ هُدًى▪️ وَرَبَطْنَا عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ إِذْ قَامُوا۟ فَقَالُوا۟ رَبُّنَا رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ لَن نَّدْعُوَا۟ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ إِلَٰهًاۖ لَّقَدْ قُلْنَآ إِذًا شَطَطًا▪️ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ قَوْمُنَا ٱتَّخَذُوا۟ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ ءَالِهَةًۖ لَّوْلَا يَأْتُونَ عَلَيْهِم بِسُلْطَٰنٍۭ بَيِّنٍۖ فَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ ٱفْتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبًا
Or have you thought that the companions of the cave and the inscription were, among Our signs, a wonder? [Mention] when the youths retreated to the cave and said, “Our Lord, grant us from Yourself mercy and prepare for us from our affair right guidance.” So We cast [a cover of sleep] over their ears within the cave for a number of years. Then We awakened them that We might show which of the two factions was most precise in calculating what [extent] they had remained in time. It is We who relate to you, [O Muhammad], their story in truth. Indeed, they were youths who believed in their Lord, and We increased them in guidance.And We bound [i.e., made firm] their hearts when they stood up and said, “Our Lord is the Lord of the heavens and the earth. Never will we invoke besides Him any deity. We would have certainly spoken, then, an excessive These, our people, have taken besides Him deities. Why do they not bring for [worship of] them a clear evidence? And who is more unjust than one who invents about Allaah a lie?”
(Al-Kahf : 9-15)
Everything that is supernatural is not a Karaamah. It may actually be trickery. The Karamaat do not include witchcraft, magic tricks, acts of the devils and deceivers. Karamah is the result of obedience to Allāh (ﷻ), while witchcraft is a result of disbelief (kufr) and disobedience to Allāh (ﷻ).
