EPISODE 2- The First Crime Committed by Human on Earth
Allaah (ﷻ) says in the Qur’an:
لَئِنۢ بَسَطتَ إِلَىَّ يَدَكَ لِتَقْتُلَنِى مَآ أَنَا۠ بِبَاسِطٍۢ يَدِىَ إِلَيْكَ لِأَقْتُلَكَ ۖ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ ٱللَّهَ رَبَّ ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ
If you raise your hand to kill me, I will not raise mine to kill you, because I fear Allaah—the Lord of all worlds.
نِّىٓ أُرِيدُ أَن تَبُوٓأَ بِإِثْمِى وَإِثْمِكَ فَتَكُونَ مِنْ أَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلنَّارِ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَٰٓؤُا۟ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ
I want to let you bear your sin against me along with your other sins, then you will be one of those destined to the Fire. And that is the reward of the wrongdoers.”
Habil piety is shown by his reply to his brother Qabil and that’s why Ahnaf b. Qais reported on the authority of Abu Bakra that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: When two Muslims confront each other with their swords, both the slayer and the slain are doomed to Hell-Fire.

فَبَعَثَ ٱللَّهُ غُرَابًۭا يَبْحَثُ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ لِيُرِيَهُۥ كَيْفَ يُوَٰرِى سَوْءَةَ أَخِيهِ ۚ قَالَ يَـٰوَيْلَتَىٰٓ أَعَجَزْتُ أَنْ أَكُونَ مِثْلَ هَـٰذَا ٱلْغُرَابِ فَأُوَٰرِىَ سَوْءَةَ أَخِى ۖ فَأَصْبَحَ مِنَ ٱلنَّـٰدِمِينَ
Then Allaah sent a crow digging a grave in the ground for a dead Crow, to show him how to bury the corpse of his brother. He cried, “Alas! Have I even failed to be like this crow and bury the corpse of my brother?” So he became regretful.
Some interpreters said: ”After Qabil killed his brother, he carried him on his back for a full year (not knowing what to do with his brother’s corpse). Others said: he carried his brother on his back for one hundred years until Allaah sent two crows who fought each other. One of them was killed, the murderer scratched the ground to hide the body of the dead crow. Seeing this, Qabil decided to bury his brother in order to hide his brother’s corpse.
Some historian said: Adam became sick and felt great sorrow for his dead son, Habil.
Mujahid said: Qabil was punished soon afterwards, his foot was tied to his thigh bone and his face was forcibly directed to the sun disk. His face used to go where the sun goes as his punishment for killing his brother.

It was narrated from Abu Bakrah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “There is no sin more deserving that Allah hastens the punishment in this world, in addition to what is stored up for him in the Hereafter — than injustice and severing the ties of kinship.”

Some historians have said: Adam didn’t die until he saw from among his progeny and his offspring four hundred thousand persons, and Allah knows best. Adam (عليه سلام) was the father of mankind. He was created by the hands of Allaah (ﷻ) Who breathed out of His soul into him, Who made the angels prostrate before him, Who taught him the names of everything, Who made him dwell in His spacious paradise.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “Allah created Adam, making him 60 cubits tall. When He created him, He said to him, “Go and greet that group of angels, and listen to their reply, for it will be your greeting (salutation) and the greeting (salutations of your offspring.” So, Adam said (to the angels), As-Salamu Alaikum (i.e. Peace be upon you). The angels said, “As-salamu Alaika wa Rahmatu-l-lahi” (i.e. Peace and Allah’s Mercy be upon you). Thus, the angels added to Adam’s salutation the expression, ‘Wa Rahmatu-l-lahi,’ Any person who will enter Paradise will resemble Adam (in appearance and figure). People have been decreasing in stature since Adam’s creation.
