Allah ﷻ Wants to Forgive You

Allah ﷻ says

مَّا يَفۡعَلُ ٱللَّهُ بِعَذَابِكُمۡ إِن شَكَرۡتُمۡ وَءَامَنتُمۡۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ شَاكِرًا عَلِيمٗا

Why should Allah punish you if you are grateful and faithful? Allah is ever Appreciative, All-Knowing.
[4:147]
Allah ﷻ appreciates those who appreciate Him, and has knowledge of those whose hearts believe in Him, and He will give them perfect reward.

Wallahi, Allah ﷻ is just waiting for your repentance,
Allah ﷻ does not want to punish you!
_
If he wanted to punish then he wouldn’t make repentance an eraser of sins, a means of changing sins into good deeds!

As Allah ﷻ says

إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَآمَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا فَأُولَٰئِكَ يُبَدِّلُ اللَّهُ سَيِّئَاتِهِمْ حَسَنَاتٍ ۗ وَكَانَ اللَّهُ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا

Unless he repents, believes and does righteous deeds, for Allah will change the evil of such persons into good and Allah is oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.
[25:70]

In a beautiful Hadith Qudsi narrated by Anas Ibn Malik رضي الله عنه, Prophet ﷺ said that Allah ﷻ says
O Ibn Adam! so long as you call upon me and ask me, I shall forgive you and I shall not mind.
O Ibn Adam! Were your sins to reach the skies, and were you to ask my forgiveness, I would forgive you.
O Ibn Adam! Were you to come to me with sins nearly as great as the earth and were you then to face me, ascribing no partner to me, I would bring you forgiveness nearly as great as it.
[At-Tirmidhi]

Tell me, how many of your friends might forgive you, if you consistently transgressed the limits they asked of you?
How many times before your family disown you?
_
Yet Allah ﷻ is telling YOU, that He would forgive you, even if your transgressions filled the sky or the earth.
_
After knowing all of this, tell me, what will you say to Allah ﷻ as an excuse on Qiyamah?
_
Why are you waiting for old age?!
Why are you waiting at all?!
Death doesn’t wait for you!
