SUMMARY OF THE QUR’AN
➖➖➖
Juz’ 2️⃣4️⃣
➖➖
The 24th Juz’ commences with verse 32 of Surah Zumar, Surah Ghafir, upto Ayat 46 of Surah Fussilat.
🔰At beginning of the Juz’, Allah ﷻ asks, Who is more unjust than he who lies about Allah, and rejects the truth when it comes to him? And there is in Hell a residence for disbelievers. But the one who has brought the truth(Prophet ﷺ) and those who believed it it are the righteous.
(39: 32-33)
🔰Allah ﷻ promises that He will assist Prophet ﷺ when He declares , “Is Allah not Sufficient for His servant?”
🔰Allah ﷻ also addresses Prophet ﷺ saying, “Without doubt, We have revealed to you a Book with the truth for the people. Whoever is rightly guided, is guided for his benefit, and whoever is misguided, then it is to his own detriment…” (39:41)
🔰Allah ﷻ emphasizes that sustenance proceeds only from Him and that those dieties the Kuffar call upon have created nothing at all.
🔰Surah Zumar contains a beautiful Ayat which brings relief to those who have wronged and seeks repentance.
Allah says “O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah . Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.”(39:53)
🔰 Surah Al Ghafir (also called Surah Mu’min) follows Surah Zumar. Allah declares in this Surah, “This Book is revealed from Allah, The Mighty, The All Knowing, the Forgiver of sins, Acceptor of repentance, Stern in punishment, and All Powerful. There is none worthy of worship besides Him, and all shall return to Him.” (40: 2-3)
🔰Allah ﷻ addresses Prophet ﷺ as well as the Mu’mineen when He says, “It is only the disbelievers who argue about Allah’s verses, so let not their travelling about through the lands (and their apparent might) deceive you (because Allah will soon punish them and they are destined to be fuel for Jahannam).”
🔰Allah ﷻ urges all to Worship only Allah and to abstain from shirk even though the Kuffar and Mushrikeen detest this. They rejoice only when others are called upon, besides Allah ﷻ.
🔰Allah ﷻ sent the Ambiyâ to warn people of the difficult Day of Qiyamah when every act will be apparent. It will be a day of justice and every person will receive the full recompense for whatever good or evil they did. Allah’s judgement will be binding and He will not be the least unjust to anyone.
🔰Allah ﷻ declares “We shall definitely assist Our Ambiyâ and those who believe in this worldly life, as well as on the Day witnesses will stand (the Day of Qiyama).”(40:51)
🔰 There it is of no benefit when the disbelievers stop associating others with Allah ﷻ when the punishment reaches them.Indeed they are in loss.(40:85)
🔰 Surah Fussilat begins after Surah Ghafir.
Allah ﷻ says in verse 4 of the Surah that the Qur’an is both “a bearer of glad tidings (for the righteous Mu’mineen) and a warner (for the others).”
🔰Allah ﷻ instructs Prophet ﷺ to announce to the people that he is also a human being like themselves, the only difference being that revelation comes to him. It is this revelation that stresses “that your Deity is only One. So, remain devoted to Him, and seek forgiveness from Him.” And woe to those who associate others with Allah (41: 6)
🔰Allah ﷻ exhorts Muslims to pay their Zakah and to have a firm conviction in the advent of Qiyama, when their limbs will testify against them.
🔰Allah describes his creation of the Earth and The seven heavens in 6 days. He then denounces the disbelievers who worship other gods apart from him who is the Creator and Controller of Allah things.(41:9-13)
🔰 Muslims are advised to seek refuge with Allah ﷻ whenever Shaytân attempts to mislead them because Allah is All Hearing and All Knowing. Only Allah is worthy of worship.
