﷽
COME BACK TO ALLAAH
From among the most beneficial acts of the heart, is seeking forgiveness from Allaah (ﷻ).
It is very essential that a Muslim seeks Allaah’s forgiveness continuously for he does not know which sin he will be taken to account for.
Allaah (ﷻ) commands us to seek forgiveness from Him as He says:
And seek forgiveness of Allaah . Indeed, Allaah is ever Forgiving and Merciful.
(An-Nisa’ 4:106)
It is incumbent upon every Muslim to seek Allaah’s forgiveness for he may not know when death will catch up with him and it will be too late to repent.
This is the worst regret!
Ya akhee!
Ya ukhtee!
You know the truth to yourself. If the angel of death comes upon you today,
◾What do you think Allaah will judge you for?
◾Are you ready to meet Allaah (ﷻ) with your loads of sins?
◾What about the Sunnah and ibadat you neglected?
◾Are you dying upon the haqq (as a true Muslim)?
Do you still turn deaf ears to the words of Allaah (ﷻ),
Or would you not reason?
That sin that you committed in secret or in the open, and you know it, and Allaah (ﷻ) knows better.
On a Day when their tongues, their hands and their feet will bear witness against them as to what they used to do.
That Day, Allaah will pay them in full their deserved recompense, and they will know that it is Allaah who is the perfect in justice.
(An-Nur 24:24-25)
And how Merciful is Allaah (ﷻ) as He says,
Say: O my servants! who have acted extravagantly against their own souls, do not despair of the mercy of Allaah; surely Allaah forgives the faults altogether; surely He is the Forgiving the Merciful
“And turn in repentance and in obedience with true Faith (Islamic Monotheism) to your Lord and submit to Him, (in Islam), before the torment comes upon you, then you will not be helped”
(Az-Zumar, Verse 53-54)
Abdullah ibn Mas’ud (رضي الله عنه) reported: The Messenger of Allaah (ﷺ), said, “The one who completely repented of sin is like one who has not sinned at all.”
(Sunan Ibn Mājah 4250)
Reflect!
May Allaah (ﷻ), make us from the sincere repenters and those whom are closest to Him.
