Allah ﷻ is Al Raziq!

Allah ﷻ says in Surah Baqarah
ٱلَّذِی جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ فِرَ ٰشࣰا
[He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out]
وَالسَّمَآءَ بِنَآءً
and the sky a ceiling
وَأَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مَآءً
And sends down for you water (rain) from the sky
فَأَخْرَجَ بِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ رِزْقًۭا لَّكُمْ ۖ
And brought forth fruits as a provision for you
[2:22]
Meaning, through the clouds, when they need the rain. Hence, Allah ﷻ caused the various types of vegetation and fruits to grow as a means of sustenance for the people.
Allah ﷻ ends the ayah
فَلَا تَجْعَلُوا۟ لِلَّهِ أَندَادًۭا وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
Then do not set up rivals unto Allah while you know,
[2:22]

سبحان الله
Allah ﷻ in numerous places, reminds us of His power and His might, through the reminder that He is Al Raziq!
_
Why?
So that we remember to be grateful to Allah ﷻ and to fill our hearts with Love for Him ﷻ alone!
_
It is to remind us, that nothing should take a priority over Allah ﷻ, because this is then setting up rivals with Allah ﷻ.
_
As Prophet ﷺ said “What I fear for you the most is the minor shirk, that is ar-riya (showing off). Allah will say on the Day of Judgement when He is rewarding the people for their actions: Go to those for whom you did riya for in the world then see if you find the reward with them.”
[Musnad Ahmad, Classed as Sahih by al-Albaani in al-Silsilah al-Saheehah, 951]

Sometimes we may do certain actions in a way so that we win the approval of the people, rather than pleasing Allah ﷻ!
_
Or sometimes we may neglect the action completely, that is obligated upon us, to again please the people!
_
How many men and women have made rivals with Allah ﷻ by hanging out with friends and not praying their salah?
_
How many men and women have set up rivals with Allah ﷻ by elongating their prayer in the masaajid for the people to see, but shortening it in the home?
_
How many times have you prioritised something over Allah ﷻ?
_
Allah ﷻ is Al Raziq!
And surely the one who created you, and sustains you, knows what is concealed in your hearts!
_
He is Al Baseer! As Samee’! Al Jabbar!
_
Forget what that girl might think if you stop talking to her for the sake of Allah ﷻ!
_
Forget what your friends might say if you start wearing Hijab!
Forget what your friends might say if you start growing your beard!
_
Don’t let anyone or anything get in the way, Don’t let Shaytaan divert you!
_
May Allah ﷻ grant us the Imaan to overcome our temptations and make us prioritize Allah ﷻ before anyone or anything else.
