Allah ﷻ will Forgive
Allah ﷻ says in Surah Az-Zumar
قُلْ يَٰعِبَادِىَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا۟ عَلَىٰٓ أَنفُسِهِمْ لَا تَقْنَطُوا۟ مِن رَّحْمَةِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ
Say: Oh my slaves who have transgressed against themselves, Do NOT despair in the mercy of Allah
إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ ٱلذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا ۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
Indeed Allah forgives all sins, Indeed he is the most forgiving and the most beneficient!
[39:53]
This Ayah is a call to all sinners, be they disbelievers or others, to repent and turn to Allah ﷻ. This Ayah tells us that Allah ﷻ, will forgive all the sins of those who repent to Him and turn back to Him, no matter how many the sins are, even if they are like the foam of the sea.

Alqamah reported: Abdullah ibn Mas’ud رضي الله عنه said:
“Verily, there are two verses in the Book of Allah, never does a servant commit a sin, recite them both, and seek forgiveness from Allah but that Allah will forgive him. His saying:
إِذَا فَعَلُوا فَاحِشَةً أَوْ ظَلَمُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ ذَكَرُوا اللهَ فَاسْتَغْفَرُوا لِذُنُوبِهِمْ وَمَنْ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا اللهُ
Those who, if they behave obscenely or wrong themselves, they remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins. Who forgives sins besides Allah? (3:135),
And His saying:
وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ سُوءًا أَوْ يَظْلِمْ نَفْسَهُ ثُمَّ يَسْتَغْفِرِ اللهَ يَجِدِ اللهَ غَفُورًا رَحِيمًا
Whoever does an evil deed or wrongs himself and then seeks forgiveness from Allah, he will surely find Allah to be forgiving and merciful.”(4:110)

Oh Sinner!
You may have committed Zina!
You may have drunk Alcohol!
You may have listened to music!
You may have taken drugs!
You may have watched porn!
And any sin you can think of!

By Allah! If I ask you whether you believe in Allah ﷻ
You would say Yes!
_
So ask yourselves! If Allah ﷻ revealed this about forgiving the mushrikeen who killed and did Zina,
Who told you that YOU… a believer in Allah ﷻ, would not be forgiven?!
_
Allah ﷻ commands us not to despair with the prohibitive verb!
This isn’t a suggestion! This is a direct command!
_
If you sincerely ask for forgiveness with the sincere intention of not returning to sin,
Allah ﷻ would forgive you, even if you returned to it the next day and repented again sincerely!
_
Allah ﷻ says
وَ رَحمَتِي وَسِعَت كُلَّ شَيءٍ
And my mercy encompasses all things!
[7:156]
_
What stops you from seeking this mercy?
What keeps your lips shut and your eyes dry?
_
It is Shaithan and your own Nafs!
_
You want perpetual happiness?
Engage in repentance and embark in the life of Deen!
_
Repent!
May Allah ﷻ forgive all our sins and grant us goodness.
آمِيْن يَارَبَّ الْعَالَمِينْ
