سبحان الله
The Shaykh is relating a story of a young man, who went to sleep at his grandparents house, where a young maid worked. He says that the man heard his door opening and closing and thats where it begins.

Imagine the test and trial of guarding your chastity when a woman comes on to you in this manner! سبحان الله

This is the definition of Taqwa, that when a Sin jumps at you and calls you and pulls at you by the arm!
Take this as motivation, take a lesson from this.
That whatever sin you want to leave, remember Allah ﷻ, remember Death, remember who you are… And the sin loses any hold over you.

Taqwa.
Everything related to success in this Dunya and in the Akhirah is always related to Taqwa.
Simply amazing.

As Allah ﷻ says in the Qur’an

وَأَمَّا مَنۡ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ وَنَهَى ٱلنَّفۡسَ عَنِ ٱلۡهَوَىٰ

And as for the one who fears to stand before his lord and guards against lowly desires

فَإِنَّ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ هِیَ ٱلۡمَأۡوَىٰ

Their abode will be Jannah
[79:40-41]

Don’t you know that one of the people granted Shade on Qiyamah is the man who refused the advances of a woman?

And another is the person who spent his Youth in the Dhikr of Allah ﷻ?

And another is the man who shed tears in the remembrance of Allah ﷻ?

Ya Ibn Adam! Every sin you refuse in this Dunya, you cannot imagine what you have saved yourself from, nor can you comprehend what you have earned as a reward!
So strive to avoid sins!

May Allah ﷻ guide us, forgive us and grant us the ability to be those who have high Taqwa.
