Allah ﷻ says
يَوۡمَ يُكۡشَفُ عَن سَاقٖ وَيُدۡعَوۡنَ إِلَى ٱلسُّجُودِ فَلَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ
The Day the shin will be uncovered and they are invited to prostration but the disbelievers will not be able,
[68:42]

The Prophet ﷺ said “Our Lord will reveal His Shin, and every believing male and female will prostrate to Him. The only people who will remain standing are those who prostrated in the worldly life only to be seen and heard (showing off). This type of person will try to prostrate at that time, but his back will made to be one stiff plate (the bone will not bend or flex).”
[Sahih al-Bukhari 7439]

خَٰشِعَةً أَبۡصَٰرُهُمۡ تَرۡهَقُهُمۡ ذِلَّةٞۖ وَقَدۡ كَانُواْ يُدۡعَوۡنَ إِلَى ٱلسُّجُودِ وَهُمۡ سَٰلِمُونَ
Their eyes humbled, humiliation will cover them. And they used to be invited to prostration while they were sound.
[68:43]
Meaning, that they will be humiliated for what they used to do in the Dunya, they were invited to prostrate in the world, but they refused due to their arrogance or the hypocrites made it without submitting their hearts.
Therefore Allah ﷻ will punish them by making them stiff, at the invitation to prostrate on Qiyamah, and every time one of the hypocrites or the disbelievers tries to prostrate the most he will be able to do is bow his head slightly.

2 main warnings!
1⃣ Nothing will be hidden on Qiyamah, your lack of Salah will be made apparent and all will see it, and it will be a form of proof against you! So you have no argument and no answer except to accept the judgement!

2⃣ And the second warning! Pray your Salah and make Sujood while your back bends, and fear the day when the peoples back will be made stiff!
_
How many times have you heard the Adhaan and turned away?
Reflect on whether that was worth the Akhirah!
_
Don’t be foolish and skip the first act to be questioned on Qiyamah!
Turn away from it and Allah ﷻ will turn away from you on Qiyamah!
_
Allah ﷻ says
كَلَّآ إِنَّهُمۡ عَن رَّبِّهِمۡ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لَّمَحۡجُوبُونَ
Undoubtedly, they will be sealed off from their Lord on that Day.
[83:15]
_
May Allah ﷻ not make us among those people who are veiled from their Lord and may Allah ﷻ help us be among those who hold fast unto their Salah.
آمِيْن يَارَبَّ الْعَالَمِينْ
