Who are the disbelievers?
Allah ﷻ says in Surah Al-A’raf:
الَّذِينَ اتَّخَذُوا دِينَهُمْ لَهْوًا وَلَعِبًا
Those who took their religion as amusement and play
وَغَرَّتْهُمُ الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا ۚ
And the life of this world deceived them
فَٱلْيَوْمَ نَنسَىٰهُمْ كَمَا نَسُوا۟ لِقَآءَ يَوْمِهِمْ هَٰذَا
So this day, we will forget them just as they forgot their meeting on this day
[7:51]
_
Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه said “They will be forsaken just as they had forsaken the meeting of this day of theirs.”
Mujahid said “They shall be left in the fire”
As Suddi said “We shall leave them from any mercy just as they left any action on behalf of this meeting of theirs on this day.”
_
Allah ﷻ ends the ayah
وَمَا كَانُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا يَجْحَدُونَ
and as they used to reject Our Ayat.
[7:51]

Allah ﷻ also says
كَذَٰلِكَ أَتَتْكَ ءَايَٰتُنَا فَنَسِيتَهَا ۖ وَكَذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ تُنسَىٰ
Like that our Ayaat came to you, and you forgot them, likewise today you are forgotten.
[20:126]
This is the response in another set of Ayaat,
Where the slave far from the remembrance of Allah ﷻ will say
قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرْتَنِىٓ أَعْمَىٰ وَقَدْ كُنتُ بَصِيرًۭا
He will say “My Lord why have you raised me blind, when I was once seeing?”
[20:125]

Do you not see?
The disbelievers will be in such torment!
No Light, Blind!
Forgotten and neglected on the day of horror!
The day they need Allah ﷻ the most!
_
Do you not see how choosing to share even an inch of characteristics with the disbelievers is dangerous?
How many of us are muslim, yet we don’t take the Deen of Allah seriously?
_
Ya Ibn Adam! Jannah is real! Jahannam is real! The pangs of Death are real! Qiyamah is real!
Will you not act in preparation?
_
May Allah ﷻ forgive us, save us from all punishments and enter us into Jannah Al Firdous Al A’la through His mercy.
